They keep getting taller!  When it caps off at 641 feet later this year, the tower at One Rincon will be the tallest residential building on the West Coast.  For you skyline watchers, it’s already 500 feet and counting.  Check out this profile in the San Francisco Chronicle for a view from the top.

What a great neighborhood!  One of the best things about Rincon is its diversity.  Looking for something to do on a lazy Saturday?  Stroll along with the Last Saturday Art Walk at the end of each month for a free tour of local galleries and art houses.

Like history?  This article by the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR) examines what your potential new Rincon Hill home might have looked like one hundred years ago.South of Market just keeps getting hotter! Among other projects, financing was approved earlier this year for the new 20-story condo tower at 631 Folsom. The project will feature 108 luxury units and six two-story penthouses. The development should be up and running within two years. And another: 170 Off Third will bring about 200 more units to the South Beach neighborhood, and their sales office should be opening in early 2008.
