This article by the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR) examines what your potential new Rincon Hill home might have looked like one hundred years ago.South of Market just keeps getting hotter! Among other projects, financing was approved earlier this year for the new 20-story condo tower at 631 Folsom. The project will feature 108 luxury units and six two-story penthouses. The development should be up and running within two years. And another: 170 Off Third will bring about 200 more units to the South Beach neighborhood, and their sales office should be opening in early 2008.
