San Francisco’s new Radiance in Mission Bay, is the first large residential development south of Mission Creek. It might seem a bit remote or undeveloped, but thats part of its charm.
“It is like an island, but it’s exactly what I was looking for,” said Spiers. “I woke up this morning, had breakfast on my deck, and it was spectacular.”
“This seems to be a different sort of lifestyle buy.”
“It is the only condo really on the water,” said Spiers. “Everybody advertises water views and waterfront location, but when you get there you’re six blocks away from the water or on the creek behind the ballpark.”
