We first met Afi Valizadeh while searching for an apartment to rent. The one she was showing at the time didn't suit us, so she asked us questions, listened to what we were looking for, then said: "I know the right place!" - and that turned out to be perfect. It wasn't on the market yet, but that's what you get with a boutique real estate company that knows their area.

We lived there happily for three years, and when we were ready to buy our own place, naturally, we went back to AFI. And again, with patience and a lot of LISTENING, they found us the perfect place: our beloved (and very unique) loft in a converted historic factory in the heart of San Francisco. Afi and her team negotiated fiercely on our behalf, both when we bought, and when we sold it after ten happy years.

So, as a renter, a buyer, and a seller, we felt in the best possible hands at AFI Real Estate.

I've worked with Afi for almost 15 years across multiple homes. I appreciate her integrity, attention to detail and personal approach. When I was selling a condo in San Francisco, Afi helped to secure a record price for me.

As a landlord the last several years, I've counted on Afi and her team to find the right tenant and provide full property management. I trust them and I feel fortunate to work with such a reliable team.

Highly recommend Afi - her knowledge of the area, buildings, and units is top and she is a professional of the highest quality. Certainly would work with her again.
